Purchase terms

Unlock codes are digital goods delivered instantly after payment. All sales are final and non-refundable.

Every face can be installed free from the Connect IQ Store first, so you can check how it looks and that it works on your watch before you unlock it.

We make sure your code works

• If the code doesn't work, follow the help page. If it still fails, report the problem and we'll sort it out.
• If you entered the wrong device code, we'll reissue the code for the right one once we've checked.

Each code covers one watch face on one watch. See new watches.

When you buy, you ask for the code to be delivered immediately and accept that you lose your right of withdrawal once it is issued.
