Terms

What you buy

A permanent licence to use one Strata watch face on one specified watch (identified by its device code), delivered as a 12-character unlock code. It is not ownership of the face or its source code.

Delivery

Once payment is confirmed, the code is shown on your order page and emailed to you. Payments by QR code are usually confirmed within 12 hours.

No refunds

Unlock codes are digital goods delivered instantly, so purchases are non-refundable (see purchase terms). Wrong device codes are reissued free.

Compatibility

Supported watches are listed on each face's page. If Garmin firmware or app changes cause problems we will try to adapt, but cannot guarantee it.

The face never goes online

Faces do not connect to our servers. If this site stops operating, watches that are already unlocked keep working.

Not allowed

• Reselling unlock codes
• Generating codes in bulk or cracking them
• Reverse engineering the faces
