Code doesn't work
If the watch says the code is invalid, check these in order:

Is the code for this face?
Each code works for one face only. A code bought for Abyss won't work in Orbit 01's settings. Check which face your order lists on the recovery page.

Does the device code match?
Compare the code on your order with the one on your watch. If they differ, the code was bought for another watch.

Was it typed by hand?
Copy and paste instead. Easy to mix up:

Send us your order number, the device code on your watch and a photo of the face. We reply within one working day, and reissue free if the device code was wrong.
