Will my code work on a new watch?
Codes are tied to one watch. A new watch shows a new device code and needs a new unlock code; the old one keeps working on the old watch. Our new-watch policy is being finalised, so please contact us.
Reset the watch or reinstalled the face?
Reinstalling is fine: the device code doesn't change, so paste your code again. We're checking on real watches whether a factory reset changes the code; if yours changed, contact us.
Can I get a refund?
No. Unlock codes are digital goods delivered instantly, so all sales are final. Once a face is in the store, you can install it free first. If you entered the wrong device code, we'll reissue it once we've checked. Purchase terms
