What we collect

Your email, device code, the face you bought, the order number, and the payment's transaction ID and amount. Ideas and problem reports also include your description, watch model and any images you add.

Visit statistics

The site counts visits anonymously: which pages, which site you came from, phone or computer. No cookies and no IP addresses are stored; visitors are told apart within a day by a scrambled number that changes every day, so days cannot be linked to the same person. These records are kept for 60 days.

What we don't collect

Your name, address, phone number or any data from your watch. We never see your card or payment account details.

What a device code is

An 8-character code computed one-way from the watch's ID. The watch ID cannot be recovered from it.

What we use it for

Sending and recovering codes, support, and preventing duplicate purchases. No marketing, never sold to third parties.

Who processes it

• Payment: the payment service you choose handles your card or account; we receive only the transaction ID and amount
• Email delivery: Resend (USA)
• Hosting: provider and region to be confirmed at launch

How long we keep it

Orders are kept until three years after a face stops being sold, so you can recover your code. Images sent with ideas or problem reports are deleted 90 days after we receive them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data through the contact page. After deletion we can no longer recover your code for you.
